The 180 Series offers everything the 80 Series does, but with a removable seal. A ball bearing, single point seal design with a felt dust seal backup, the split design body cavity of the 180 Series allows for easy in-field service without having to remove ball bearings.

OILCO’s 90 Series
Your secret weapon: our v-ring swivels
OILCO’s standout performance leader, the 90 Series swivel joint is built to keep up with your workflow, preventing costly downtime. Designed with a three “V” ring seal configuration base, the 90 Series is spring loaded and self-adjusting for normal wear. The flared seal engineering of the 90 Series v-ring created a tremendous increase in the contact patch sealing area. Applying positive, continual pressure, the 90 Series v-ring forces seal adherence at all times.

The 90 Series swivel joint covers the widest range of service and safety considerations in the petroleum and metal markets today. In 2016, OILCO launched the pinnacle size in this line, finalizing the availability of the carbon and stainless steel units at a 24” nominal pipe diameter.

The 190 Series offers everything the 90 Series does, but with a removable seal. The split design of the body cavity allows for easy in-field service without having to remove the ball bearings. This brings notable time savings. Also, the pressure seal is positioned in the least intrusive spot so as to reduce debris introduction and prevent marring via exposure.
