O-ring repair kit

All OILCO o-ring series swivel joints have available replacement seals and repair kits for units in 2” through 4” sizes.

V-ring repair kit

All OILCO v-ring series swivel joints have available replacement seals and complete repair kits for units in 2” through 4” sizes. Available in standard and split-flange versions.

Model 883-ANF-X

This is the long radius version of the standard 4” aluminum cast unit. It has a center elbow mounted boss for handles and TTMA flanged ends.

Model 40-A

This drop pipe is the most commonly used outboard option for top loaders. It is available in 2”, 3”, and 4” sizes. An overall length standard of 48”, it has a male NPT threaded end with 45 degree cutoff.

Model 40-AM

This drop pipe is used both as a drop leg or secondary tube. It is available in 2”, 3” and 4” sizes. An overall length standard of 48”, it has male threaded end connections.

Model 640-W

This adjustment wrench is used for all OILCO-designed torsion spring counterbalance assemblies.

Model 66-ANF

This aluminum spacer spool was designed for the outboard end of a load arm. The overall length is 6” and it has TTMA flanged connections.

Model 66-ANFG

This aluminum spacer spool with a sheer groove was designed for the outboard end of a load arm. The overall length is 6” and it has TTMA flanged connections.

Type D Handle

This handle is a shovel-style version replacement for the straight pipe connections that are offered as standard equipment on loading assemblies.

Model 18

This elbow handle assembly is designed for ease of use where shot downspouts are required. It’s available in aluminum in 2”, 3”, and 4” female NPT.

Model 19

This vacuum breaker is 3/8” NPT brass with a Viton disc or chrome-plated brass with Kalrez disc. The Model 19-A is an aluminum version with a Viton disc available with ½” NPT.

Model 25

This circular flow deflector can be bored to fit or threated to either 2”, 3”, or 4” drop pipe sizes.

Model 26

This aluminum strainer-type end cap can be bored to fit or threaded to either 2”, 3”, or 4” drop pipe sizes.

Model 33

This aluminum tee deflector can be bored to fit or threaded to either 2”, 3”, or 4” drop pipe sizes.

Model 88T

This vertical support pillow block and cap is available for loading assemblies that utilize 3” and 4” boom structures.

Model 89T

This horizontal support pillow block and cap is available for loading assemblies that utilize 3″ and 4″ boom structures.

Model 773-HJ

This is a flexible stainless steel hinge hose with carbon steel TTMA flanged connections. It is designed and tested for a 200,000-motion duty cycle. It is available in 4” size.

Model CWT-S1

This horizontal support pillow block and cap is available for loading assemblies that utilize 3” and 4” boom structures.

Model 5300-B Snap-On Type, API Dry Break Coupler

This 4” TTMA, five cam design for simple alignment and peak performance. It is RP-1004:2003 compliant. The removable seal offers Buna-N, Viton-B, or Viton GFLT options. It has an easy ball-type main handle for operation. The flow rate offers up to 600 GPM and a 150 psi maximum working pressure. It is hard-coat anodized aluminum (AL 356 T6).

Model 258-GS Outboard Horizontal Leveling Assembly

This optional outboard leveling assembly is designed to assist with bottom loading. In the out-of-service resting position, the coupler is maintained in a relatively secure horizontal position, effectively preventing any portion of the loading assembly from coming in contact with the service island.

Model A Valve Control Lever

This remote-control assembly may be supplied on any standard top-loading assembly to provide valve control at the load point by operator. The assembly can be adapted to 2″, 3″, and 4″ pipe sizes.

Model 641 Torsion Spring Counterbalance

This single spring balance design is suited for smaller diameter or shorter reach loading assemblies. Unit automatically stays down when moved below horizontal position. Can easily be raised to horizontal position, from which it will return to the desired service position. Built as a dedicated left- or right-hand profile. Utilize up-feed or down-feed, depending on riser position.

Model 640 Torsion Spring Counterbalance

This double spring balance design is adjustable for regulation of speed and return to the vertical or semi-vertical position through internal snubber springs. At 10,000 in / lbs. moment load rating in its beefiest form, this model covers all extended reach 3” and a host of 4” configurations. When center-mounted, operates in left- or right-hand profile without change over.

Model 645 Torsion Spring Counterbalance
